Counselling, community and professional dialogue
I’m a counsellor and the person behind The Counsellors’ Staffroom and The CoPractice Community, spaces created to support therapists in feeling less isolated and more thoughtfully connected in their work.
Alongside my counselling practice, much of my work is motivated by a belief that therapy as a profession must continually reflect on itself in order to better serve both therapists and clients, particularly those from marginalised and minoritised communities.
I am interested in supporting therapists in their professional and personal development through environments that are both warm and challenging. Spaces where people can think carefully about their work, strengthen their skills and remain connected to one another.

Online Counselling
I run a small private counselling practice alongside my wider professional work.
My approach is relational and attentive to context, recognising how personal experience is shaped by relationships, culture and environment. Therapy offers space to explore what you are experiencing and develop a deeper understanding of your needs.
My practice is currently full, but you are welcome to enquire about future availability.

Professional work
Alongside my clinical practice, I contribute to collaborative professional spaces rooted in thoughtful dialogue and shared learning.
This includes reflective practice groups, professional dialogue spaces, training and collaborative programme development.
Much of this work has grown through the communities I created.

About me
From personal experience I understand that living alongside dominant and normative expectations can be exhausting. This understanding informs my work as a therapist and the professional communities I have created.
My work focuses on creating spaces where people feel able to show up as themselves, reflect on their experiences and grow through relationship.
