Counselling, community and professional development
I’m a counsellor, community builder and facilitator of training and reflective spaces for therapists.
Whether you’re looking for a counsellor or you’re a therapist seeking support and professional development, you might find what you need here.
Across my counselling and professional spaces, I bring warmth, care, humour and a human approach, creating spaces where people can deepen their understanding of themselves and move forward with intention.

1:1 Online Counselling
I run a private counselling practice alongside my wider professional work.
I tend to work with autistic and ADHD people, and those navigating different cultural contexts. Often people come to me trying to make sense of themselves, their relationships, or their experiences at work.
My practice is currently full for new clients. If we’ve worked together before, you’re welcome to get in touch.

Support for Therapists
Alongside my counselling work, I create and hold spaces for therapists to connect, reflect on their work, and continue developing their practice.
This includes The Counsellors’ Staffroom and The CoPractice Community, as well as reflective spaces and supervision groups.
They are professionally held spaces, grounded in ethics and a deep care for the clients we work with.
Events and Workshops
Throughout the year I host and contribute to spaces for therapists, including supervision groups, workshops and training.
These are spaces to think about your work with others, share learning, and stay connected in the profession.
The training I host often brings together lived experience, theory and practice, with a focus on what actually feels useful when you’re sitting with clients.

About me
My work is shaped by my own experiences of navigating cultural expectations and neuronormative ways of being, and by what I’ve witnessed in therapy spaces, particularly around marginalised experiences.
I’m interested in creating spaces where people can show up as they are, think about their experiences, and start to understand themselves in ways that feel more true to them.
